LEVEL 1 — BUILD THE ATHLETE

Level 1 is where athletes build the physical foundation needed to become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more resilient.

Athletes will develop:

• Acceleration & sprint mechanics
• A-Skip, B-Skip & C-Skip progressions
• Change of direction & deceleration
• Coordination, rhythm & body control
• Foundational strength
• Plyometrics & landing mechanics
• Power development
• Conditioning & athletic resilience

MASTER THE BASICS. BUILD THE ATHLETE.

Level 1 is NOT a one-and-done program.

An athlete could complete Level 1 multiple times and continue benefiting from it. As athletes become stronger, faster, and more coordinated, the same foundational skills can be progressed and challenged at a higher level.

Mastering the basics isn’t something athletes graduate from. It’s something great athletes get really good at.

LEVEL 2 — DEVELOP THE ATHLETE

Level 2 isn’t necessarily harder than Level 1.

It’s more advanced.

Athletes spend less time learning fundamental movement patterns and more time applying them to advanced speed, power, reactive agility, plyometrics, multidirectional movement, and sport-specific athletic development.

That means Level 2 athletes need an established foundation.

QUICK LEVEL 2 READINESS CHECK

If your athlete doesn’t know what an A-Skip, B-Skip, and C-Skip are…

If they’ve never had a proper introduction to plyometrics

Or if they can’t throw a 10 lb medicine ball at least 8 feet

We’re going to save everybody some time:

LEVEL 1.

That’s not a punishment.

That’s where they’re supposed to be.

Level 2 assumes athletes already understand the fundamentals so we can spend our time progressing them—not introducing them.

Athletes will work on:

• Advanced acceleration & sprint mechanics
• Reactive & multidirectional agility
• Advanced plyometric progressions
• Explosive power development
• Deceleration & reacceleration
• Complex movement combinations
• Sport-specific speed application
• Advanced strength & conditioning concepts

BUILD THE FOUNDATION.

THEN EARN THE PROGRESSION.

Athletes unsure of their appropriate level should begin with Level 1 or be evaluated before entering Level 2.

Train with purpose. Move better. Get faster. Become a better athlete.
