Welcome to Fall Lacrosse!
Whether your athlete has never picked up a lacrosse stick or already loves the game, Flex 6 Lacrosse is designed to be fun, fast-paced, and beginner-friendly while helping players build confidence, athleticism, and teamwork.
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

🥍 Volunteer Coaches Needed
Great coaches build great communities.
Never played lacrosse? That's perfectly okay! We'll teach you everything you need to know. Jay will provide support throughout the season, practice plans, and answer every question you have.
If you enjoy encouraging kids and creating a positive environment, you're already qualified.
Coaches receive FREE registration for one child.
Required Equipment
Every player needs:

Cleats
Soccer and football cleats work great. Please do not wear bladed baseball cleats.
First Lacrosse Stick?
We recommend purchasing a complete beginner stick. They're affordable, durable, and ready to play right out of the box.
Stick Rules
- No long poles, goalie sticks, fiddle sticks, or mini sticks.
- Boys', girls', men's, women's, and unified sticks are all permitted.
- Boys' sticks are recommended.
- Younger divisions may use 36" youth sticks.
- Older divisions should use a 40–42" men's or women's stick.
